湯瑪斯．馬隆

Thomas W. Malone

麻省理工學院史隆管理學院（MIT Sloan School of Management）管理學講座教授，麻省理工學院集體智慧中心（MIT Center for Collective Intelligence）創始人暨主任，也是希瑞歐斯帝的董事。他的著作包括《企業大未來》（The Future of Work: How the New Order of Business Will Shape Your Organization, Your Management Style, and Your Life, HBR Press, 2004）。與人合撰有〈不完美領導力〉（“In Praise of the Incomplete Leader,”《哈佛商業評論》全球繁體中文版，2007年3月號）。
