Huggy Rao

組織社會學家，史丹福商學研究所（Graduate School of Business, Stanford University）組織行為學講座教授。著有3本書籍，包括與羅伯．蘇頓（Robert I. Sutton）合著的《卓越，可以擴散：做對七件事，讓人才變將才》（ Scaling Up Excellence: Getting to More Without Settling For Less, Crown Business, 2014），與《摩擦計畫：史丹佛教授的零內耗管理，讓正確事變簡單、錯誤事變難》（The Friction Project: How Smart Leaders Make the Right Things Easier and the Wrong Things Harder, St. Martin's Press, 2024）。
