隆納德．海菲茲

Ronald A. Heifetz

在哈佛大學甘迺迪政府學院（John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University）教授領導學，是劍橋領導公司（Cambridge Leadership Associates）合夥人。他是《調適性領導》（Leadership Without Easy Answers ）一書的作者， 也是《火線領導》（Leadership on the Line: Staying Alive Through the Dangers of Leading）一書的共同作者。 Donald L. Laurie唐諾．羅利任職於美國波士頓的國際牡蠣顧問公司（Oyster International），為企業和私募基金公司提供成長與創業方面的諮詢顧問服務。著有《領導人的工作》（The Work of Leader）。
