Ai-Jen Poo

「跨代關懷」共同總監，也是美國「全國家庭傭工聯盟」（National Domestic Workers Alliance）總監。1996年起，她就持續將紐約的女性移民勞工組織起來。她著有《尊嚴年代：在不斷變化的美國，為老年人口激增做準備》（The Age of Dignity: Preparing for the Elder Boom in a Changing America），也是2014年麥克阿瑟天才獎得主。
