艾倫．蘭格

Ellen Langer

博士，哈佛大學心理學教授，以及「蘭格覺察力機構」（Langer Mindfulness Institute）創辦人，曾為《哈佛商業評論》撰文〈以覺察力管理複雜〉（Mindfulness in the Age of Complexity，全球繁體中文版刊於2014年3月號）。人們稱她為「覺察力之母」，曾獲得古根漢研究學者獎（Guggenheim Fellowship　）和三項「傑出科學家獎」（Distinguished Scientist Award）、世界大會獎（World Congress Award）、紐約大學校友成就獎（NYU Alumni Achievement Award）和史泰茲統一心理學獎（Staats award for Unifying Psychology）。
