Robert Goffee

倫敦商學院（London Business School）組織行為學榮譽教授，也是倫敦的組織顧問公司創意管理（Creative Management Associates）創辦人之一，該公司曾擔任全球主要國際性公司的顧問，提供變革管理、高階團隊、組織發展等服務。高斐曾出版九本書及五十餘篇文章，主題涵蓋創業家精神、管理生涯、組織設計及企業文化。其著作為《歐洲創業家精神》（Entrepreneurship in Europe）、《頑抗的經理人》（Reluctant Managers）、《企業現實》（Corporate Realities）及《企業特質》（The Character of a Corporation）。
